Jason Busch began his career in the restaurant business in high school, and continued at college at Boston University, cooking at the Top of the Charles. Graduation was followed by stints at TGI Friday's, Bennigan's, Carrabba's, and other local restaurants in South Florida. Leaving the late nights and fast paced work was hard to do, but his path would bring him to a local Point of Sale company in Deerfield Beach, FL called ISSI, which was bought by Partech in 1998 (completely finalized). While with Par, Jason served as the lead expert for Infusion, Par's premier POS system. Based out of the Boca Raton software development office, he learned about the intricacies of balancing customer needs, programming tools, and system integrity. He supported customers with advanced initiatives, lead projects with clients such as Burger King and Papa Murphy's, and served as technical leads in the RFP process (request for proposal, mostly for companies looking for a new POS). In late 2007, after 11 years with Par, Jason left to lead his own company, Jaxx Consulting and Technology (JCT). What started out as a POS support alternative blossomed into a general IT support group, growing steadily as a managed services partner for small businesses, with industries including restaurants, retail, medical offices, and non-profit groups.
